Skillfully integrating expertise in critical thinking, human systems, and problem solving, Cindi helps clients intentionally create more engaging and resilient futures for their enterprise and employees. She respects the culture of an organization, and she is highly effective in helping clients adapt and achieve their potential.

    Cindi Polychronis has almost 25 years of experience in the operation and administration of professional service organizations. Cindi is the Chief Administrative Officer and Ethics Officer of David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA), a firm with a culture she helps shape. Since 2017, Cindi has served on the Board of Directors for DEA’s parent company. She has expansive experience in cultural change, organizational design, leadership development, and human resources management.

  • R.A.’s approach to the development, strategic planning, and executive coaching needs of his clients is to co-create a process that aligns with the culture of the organization. This creation of intentional culture allows an organization and its employees to proactively adapt to change, achieve resilience, and thrive. With exceptional relational, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills, R.A. is adept at understanding the full breadth and complexity of an organization while working with its leaders and staff to realize cultural change.

    R.A. Plummer has 30 years of experience in the transportation planning and engineering industry as a Certified Planner and Registered Engineer. R.A. also has extensive project management, business operations, and business development experience. He has been providing organizational development, strategic planning, and senior leader coaching services to a variety of clients since 2016.
